The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  East central Ottawa County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 645 PM CST.
    
* At 618 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Seneca, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  east central Ottawa County.
