  Northern Lyon County in east central Kansas...

* Until 1000 PM CDT.
    
* At 927 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Dunlap, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Americus around 940 PM CDT.

This includes Kansas Turnpike between mile markers 131 and 148.

At 941 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located 4 miles northeast of
Americus, moving southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
