EMERGENCY MANAGER REPORTS THAT 12 ROADS WERE
FLOODED AND CLOSED AS OF 8 AM EST THIS
MORNING. IN ADDITION, U.S. 501 WILL BE
CLOSED TODAY NEAR SOUTH BOSTON AS A RESULT
OF FLOODING FROM THE DAN RIVER AND AT LEAST
ONE LANE OF U.S. 58 NEAR SOUTH BOSTON WILL
ALSO HAVE TO BE CLOSED FOR THE SAME REASON.
