* At 654 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

  Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Birdsboro, Kutztown, Hamburg,
  Fleetwood, Sinking Spring, Laureldale, East Greenville, Womelsdorf,

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM EDT FOR
BERKS...NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY AND NORTH CENTRAL CHESTER COUNTIES...

At 721 PM EDT, law enforcement reported heavy rain falling in 
Reading leading to flash flooding. Several vehicles have been 
reported stranded in water. Up to two inches of rain have already 
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
