  was located 8 miles north of Carthage, moving east at 55 mph.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe
limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled. However, a Severe 
Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for the area with 
damaging winds up to 70 mph possible.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
