southern Minnesota...and west central Wisconsin.

A few severe storms are possible in far western Minnesota this
evening. The primary threat would be damaging wind gusts and large
hail. Non-severe thunderstorms are possible across the remainder
of the area tonight.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT LAC QUI PARLE COUNTY...

At 917 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 6 miles northeast of
Moritz, or 13 miles northeast of Clear Lake, moving east at 60 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
