  Southwestern McLeod County in central Minnesota...
  Northeastern Renville County in central Minnesota...
  Western Sibley County in central Minnesota...

* Until 430 AM CDT.

* At 119 AM CDT, trained weather spotters reported thunderstorms 
  producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of 
  rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Trained spotters.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Olivia, Gaylord, Arlington, Winthrop, Hector, Bird Island, Gibbon,

MORNING FOR SOUTHWESTERN MCLEOD, NORTHEASTERN RENVILLE AND WESTERN 
SIBLEY COUNTIES...

At 304 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have 
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
