.NEAR TERM /Now Through Wednesday/...The weak frontal boundary
that sagged southward over the Gulf overnight will shift northward
today as warm front. The easterly flow over the area will then
become increasing southeasterly today through Wednesday and
gradually strengthen. Breezy conditions will develop along the
coast Wednesday as the surface gradient tightens in response to an
approaching cold front.
Low level moisture should remain relatively well mixed leading to
overnight stratus formation versus fog. The upper level ridge
axis over the area also shifts east of the area today providing
for a southwesterly flow aloft and allowing more cloud cover to
gradually advect into the region.
Temperatures will continue to trend considerably warmer than
climatological norms with overnight lows ranging from the mid 40s
at cooler locations to low to mid 50s along the coast. Wedneday's
high temperatures will range from the upper 60s to mid 70s. /08

.AVIATION...
18Z issuance...VFR conditions will primarily prevail. However,
some patchy cloud cover with bases ranging from near 3000 feet to
4000 feet will advect northward from the Gulf over the area today.
Expect coverage to generally remain scattered but cannot
completely rule out occasional broken conditions. Southeasterly
winds will become a little gusty by late morning tomorrow with
sustained winds of 10 knots gusting to around 20 knots anticipated./
