PALM BEACH COUNTIES UNTIL 345 AM EST...

* At 258 AM EST, National Weather Service meteorologists were
  tracking a gusty shower over Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, moving west at
  25 mph.

* Winds in excess of 45 mph and funnel clouds possible with this
  shower.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Davie,
  Plantation, Sunrise, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Tamarac, Margate,
  Lighthouse Point, Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Lauderhill, Weston,
  Coconut Creek, Oakland Park, North Lauderdale, Lauderdale Lakes and
  Dania Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this shower, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Funnel clouds occasionally touch down and produce tornadoes or
waterspouts. Move indoors and stay away from windows.

  tracking a strong thunderstorm over Ocean Ridge, moving west at 45
  mph.

* Wind gusts up to 50 mph and funnel clouds possible with this storm.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray
  Beach, Wellington, Lake Worth, Belle Glade, Palm Beach, South Bay,
  Highland Beach, Ocean Ridge, Lake Harbor, Coconut Creek,
  Greenacres, Royal Palm Beach, Parkland, Palm Springs, Lantana and
  Atlantis.
