  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to locally six inches of 
  rain have already fallen across the warned area. Flash flooding is 
  ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT FOR
BOONE...SOUTHWESTERN AUDRAIN AND NORTHWESTERN CALLAWAY COUNTIES...

At 1200 AM CDT, the Department of Transportation had closed several 
roads across portions of northern Callaway County due to flooding. 
Radar estimates that 3 to 4 inches of rain have fallen since 700 pm 
resulting in flash flooding across parts of the area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
