  Northeastern Boone County in central Missouri...
  Audrain County in central Missouri...

* Until 345 AM CDT.

* At 948 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, 
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other 
           drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mexico, Centralia, Vandalia, Sturgeon, Laddonia, Farber, Rush Hill,
  Vandiver and Thompson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN BOONE AND AUDRAIN COUNTIES...

At 1209 AM CDT, law enforcement reported that several roads in 
Audrain County were closed due to flash flooding, including parts of 
highways T, E, D, and  15. Radar estimates that 3 to 5 inches of 
rain have fallen across parts of the county since 700 pm, resulting 
in the flash flooding.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
