already fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin

At 940 PM CDT, emergency management reported flash flooding on Route
D in southwest Audrain County. Three to locally five inches of rain
has already fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage
and low lying areas.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
