  Central Traill County in southeastern North Dakota...

* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 235 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located near Blanchard, or
  34 miles south of Grand Forks, moving east at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement reported a funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

* The tornado will be near...
  Hillsboro around 255 PM CDT.

CENTRAL TRAILL COUNTY...
    
At 254 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hillsboro, or 35 miles south of Grand Forks, moving
east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...TORNADO.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Expect damage to mobile homes, roofs, and vehicles.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
east central Traill County.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 101 and 102.

...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR EAST CENTRAL TRAILL COUNTY IS CANCELLED...
    
The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  However
small hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
southeastern North Dakota.
