At 1255 AM EDT, Between 3 and 6 inches of rain have fallen tonight. 
While rain has temporarily stopped, flash flooding is ongoing across 
the area, especially around creeks, rivers, and other drainage 
basins where water levels may continue to rise.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
