Isolated severe storms are possible late this afternoon and evening along the Rio Grande and southern Edwards Plateau. Large hail and damaging straight-line winds are the primary threats. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday. Locally heavy rainfall is possible Friday night through Saturday across South Central Texas. Between 2 and 4 inches of rainfall is currently forecast, with isolated amounts of 6 inches. Dangerous flash flood impacts and river flooding could occur. Further details on timing, locations, and rainfall amounts will be refined through the week. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
