While the threat for severe weather is low, the more substantial storms will still be capable of producing locally heavy rainfall and ponding of water. This may lead to some minor flooding in areas that get hit by several storms. Flooding is ongoing on the Wapsipinicon River near DeWitt. Please see the latest Flood Statements and Flood Warnings for details. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY There will be chances for thunderstorms periodically through the period. Storms on Saturday, Sunday night and Monday could have the potential to be strong, but chances for severe storms is not high at this time.
