The National Weather Service in Des Moines  has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Black Hawk County in northeastern Iowa...

* Until 630 PM CDT.

* At 601 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Waterloo, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud over eastern 
           Waterloo at 602 PM.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Black Hawk County, including the following
  locations... Raymond and Dunkerton.

This includes Interstate 380 between mile markers 69 and 70, and
between mile markers 72 and 73.
