COUNTY...

At 1029 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 7 miles southwest of Cedar Point State
Park to near Stony Point. Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with these
storms along with torrential downpours.

Locations impacted include...
Watertown, Stony Point, Clayton, Adams, Dexter, Adams Center,
Henderson Harbor, Wellesley Island State Park, Cedar Point State
Park, Southwick Beach State Park, Sackets Harbor, Henderson,
Smithville, Rodman, Brownville, Alexandria Bay, Cape Vincent,
Chaumont.

This includes Interstate 81 between exits 41 and 52.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may cause
