sharply reduced to one-half mile at times. Any snow accumulations
will be limited to a coating on grassy surfaces.

afternoon into early this evening with visibility sharply reduced to
as low as one-half mile during periods of heavier snow. Snow
accumulations of 1 to 3 inches with locally higher amounts are
expected.
