This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central New York.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

A strong storm system will bring warm temperatures and a soaking
rain this evening into early tomorrow morning. Combined snowmelt and
rain may lead to ponding of water on roads in poor drainage areas.
Much colder air will overspread the area late tomorrow morning
through Friday, causing wet surfaces to freeze. This may lead to icy
roads on Christmas day.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.
