At 234 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located over Ramona, moving northeast at 40 mph. Another 
possible tornado was located 8 miles west of Delaware in Nowata 
County.

that could produce a tornado at any time was located 4 miles west of 
Talala, moving east at 25 mph. Another storm with strong low level 
rotation that could produce a tornado at any time was located 3 
miles southwest of Lenapah, moving northeast at 30 miles an hour.
