NOWATA AND NORTH CENTRAL TULSA COUNTIES...

At 640 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned 
area. Radar estimates that some areas of Nowata county have picked 
up greater than 3 inches of rain. Flash flooding is already 
occurring. There are reports from social media of cars stranded in 
high water in the city of Nowata.
