Monday morning. The river will fall below flood stage Thursday
morning.
* Impact...At 357.0 feet, flooding affects agricultural use lands
along the river downstream of the lock and dam in Franklin County.
Gas fields are also subject to flooding downstream. Equipment and

Thunderstorms will continue to result in aviation impacts nwrn AR sites through 02z before activity dissipates. MVFR visibilities likely to develop late tonight nwrn AR sites and BVO/RVS. MCV moves across OK tonight with additional convection late tonight and Monday morning in ern OK/nwrn AR. && .PREV DISCUSSION... /Issued 317 PM CDT Sun Jul 7 2019/ DISCUSSION... Isolated to widely scattered storms developing within an unstable and weakly sheared environment this afternoon. Expect storms to be less organized compared to yesterday, though slow moving and efficient rain producers could lead to isolated heavy rainfall again. This activity will be mainly diurnally driven and dissipate soon after 00z. A well-defined MCV is evident over the TX panhandle and will drift east overnight with a weak frontal zone also lofting north across the area. Net result should be an increase in elevated convection later tonight into Monday from the southwest, which has been shown in several recent CAM runs. Storm chances will continue through the day Monday keeping temperatures down similar to today, before the heat gets turned up for a couple of days thanks to strengthening ridging aloft over the southern plains. High plains MCS activity should remain to our north Monday and Tuesday with any storm chances in our area becoming focused across northern areas. Heat Index values will likely climb well above 100 both days as dew points remain in the low-mid 70s. Heat headlines will likely be needed Tuesday and again Wednesday as temperatures peak ahead of an approaching frontal boundary. This front will eventually bring dew points down to much more reasonable levels by late in the week.
