  county. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

  heavy rain continue to move into the warned area from the west. 
  Radar estimates that between 2 and 5 inches of rain has fallen 
  in the warned area. Flash flooding is likely occurring.

* Some locations that may experience flooding include...
