tornado or two remain possible. Locally heavy rainfall may lead
to isolated flash flooding.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will continue into Thursday. Large
hail, damaging winds, and a tornado or two will be possible. In
addition, locally heavy rainfall may lead to isolated flash
flooding. The severe weather threat should end from west to east
by Thursday afternoon.

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect 7 PM CDT this Wednesday evening
until 7 PM CDT Thursday evening.

Strong to severe thunderstorms are possible tonight and into
Thursday. Large hail, damaging winds, and a tornado or two remain
possible. Locally heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding,
especially where soils remain very wet from recent heavy rains in
southern Arkansas and northern Louisiana.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday...

A Flash Flood Watch is in effect 7 PM CDT this Wednesday evening
until 7 PM CDT Thursday evening.

Strong to severe thunderstorms will continue into Thursday. Large
hail, damaging winds, and a tornado or two remain possible. In
addition, locally heavy rainfall may lead to flash flooding,
especially where soils remain very wet from recent heavy rains in
southern Arkansas and northern Louisiana. The severe weather

At 426 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Whelen Springs to near Bodcaw to near
Lewisville to near Bradley. Movement was east at 70 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Magnolia, Hope, Prescott, Smackover, Stamps, Waldo, Lewisville,
McNeil, Fouke, Emmet, Buckner, Perrytown, Rosston, Garland,
Willisville, Bodcaw, Bluff City, Smithland, Village and Lisbon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
