NORTHWESTERN VINTON COUNTIES...
At 150 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 9 miles west of
Mcarthur, moving northeast at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Byer, Allensville, Creola and Eagle Mills.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

RITCHIE AND EAST CENTRAL WOOD COUNTIES...
At 153 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near North Bend
State Park, or 7 miles northwest of Harrisville, moving east at 10
mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Harrisville, Pennsboro, North Bend State Park, Ellenboro, Cairo,
Pullman, Nutter Farm, Maxwell, Petroleum, Schultz, Hebron, Pike and
Highland.
This includes Route 50 in West Virginia between mile markers 20 and
43.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
