* At 641 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Elmore, or 21 miles southeast of Fairmont, moving
east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
