East central Hennepin County in east central Minnesota...
Southwestern Ramsey County in east central Minnesota...
* Until 730 PM CDT.
* At 428 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Minneapolis, St. Paul, Edina, St. Louis Park, Roseville, Golden
Valley, Hopkins, Falcon Heights, Univ Of Mn Minneapolis Campus,
South Minneapolis and Mn State Fair.
Additional rainfall amounts of another inch or two are possible in
the warned area.

flash flooding on I-394 at Penn Ave. 2 to 3 inches of rain have
fallen with another inch possible. Flash flooding is occurring.

Numerous roads in Uptown Minneapolis are flooded. The rain has
ended, but it will take some time for the water to drain away.
