Northwestern Dakota County in east central Minnesota...
Southern Ramsey County in east central Minnesota...
* Until 1130 PM CDT.
* At 723 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Minneapolis, St. Paul, Eagan, Burnsville, Lakeville, Apple Valley,
Maplewood, Inver Grove Heights, Rosemount, Farmington, South St.
Paul and West St. Paul.
Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches are possible in the
warned area.
