  Central Hennepin County in east central Minnesota...

* Until 1015 PM CDT.

* At 616 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Center, Golden
  Valley, Delano, Corcoran, Medina, Rockford, Independence, Maple
  Plain and Crystal.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 inches are possible in the warned 
area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small

At 659 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already 
fallen. Flash flooding has already begun in roadways and low-lying 
areas.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Center, Golden Valley,
Delano, Corcoran, Medina, Rockford, Independence, Maple Plain and
Crystal.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 inches are possible in the warned
