The National Weather Service in Mobile has issued a

* Special Marine Warning for...
  Waters from Okaloosa-Walton County Line to Pensacola FL from 20 to
  60 NM...

* Until noon CDT.

* At 1133 AM CDT, a strong thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located 12 nm southwest of Okaloosa Deep Water
  Reef, or 36 nm south of Destin, moving northeast at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally 
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly 
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
