miles northeast of Deltona, moving north at 10 mph. An additional
strong storm was developing 4 miles west of Daytona Beach.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.

Deltona, Daytona Beach, Port Orange, Ormond Beach and New Smyrna
Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Very heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
