* Until 730 AM CDT.

* At 134 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Jerseyville, Kemper, Fieldon, Otterville, Fidelity, McClusky and
  Nutwood.

Additional rainfall amounts in excess of one inch are possible with 
additional thunderstorms passing over the warned area.
