SOUTHEASTERN SMITH COUNTIES UNTIL 1030 AM CST...

At 1007 AM CST, Meteorologists were tracking a strong thunderstorm
near Raleigh, or 13 miles northwest of Stringer, moving east at 40
mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
