At 1006 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles northwest
of Hardy, or 10 miles east of Arkansas City, moving east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
