Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, central South
Dakota, east central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and
southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Areas of fog are possible during the early morning hours today, with
the best chances north of I-90. Fog is expected to dissipate shortly
after sunrise.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Warm temperatures this weekend will lead to increasing snow melt in
areas that still have snow on the ground. This will lead to rising
rivers and streams, as well as ponding of water in places where
snowpack hinders runoff.
