* Until 315 PM CDT.

* At 1213 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. 1 to 2 
  inches of rainfall is occurring. Isolated pockets up to 4 inches 
  are possible. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Canyon Lake Dam, Canyon Lake, Fair 
  Oaks Ranch, Bulverde, Woodcreek, Guadalupe River State Park, 
  Smithson Valley, Spring Branch, Henly, Fischer and Driftwood.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 315 PM CDT FOR
HAYS AND COMAL COUNTIES...

At 106 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
that heavy rain was falling over the area. Between 1 and 2 inches of 
rain has occurred across central and western Hays county and western 
Comal county. An additional 1 inch of rain is possible across 
eastern areas of Hays and Comal counties. Flash flooding is already 
occurring. Several low water crossings in Hays county are flooded.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Dripping Springs, Wimberley, Canyon Lake Dam, Canyon Lake,Guadalupe 
River State Park, Smithson Valley, Spring Branch, Fischer and 
Driftwood.
