Odessa to 6 miles northwest of Clinton. Movement was northeast at 20
mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with these storms.

Warrensburg, Excelsior Springs, Clinton, Oak Grove, Richmond, Odessa,
Higginsville, Lexington, Buckner, Windsor, Knob Noster, Concordia,
Whiteman Air Force Base, Orrick, Wellington, Norborne, Hardin,
