This hazardous weather outlook is for northwest...north central and
west central Missouri...as well as extreme eastern Kansas.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

 Severe storms are possible later this morning and again this
 afternoon into evening across the entire area. Primary threats this
 morning are damaging winds and flash flooding. For the afternoon
 hours, all modes of severe weather will be possible; including
 damaging winds, large hail, and an isolated tornado. In addition,
 heavy rain is expected with these storms which could lead to flash
 flooding as well as additional river flooding.

 While the weekend rain will continue to aggravate river flooding

...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH AND
NORTHEASTERN HOWARD COUNTIES UNTIL 130 AM CDT...

At 1248 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Higbee, or 11 miles northeast of Fayette, moving northeast at 50 mph.

Pea size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Moberly, Huntsville, Higbee, Clark, Cairo and Renick.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
