 for areas south of I-70. Strong wind gusts up to 45 mph are
 possible this evening into the overnight hours. Additionally,
 blizzard conditions remain possible across far northwest Missouri
 this evening, where blowing snow will reduce visibilities to less
 than 1/4 mile at times.
