The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Meade County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 830 PM CDT.
    
* At 802 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Missler, moving southeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and tennis ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Missler around 830 PM CDT.

This new warning replaces the previous tornado warning for north 
central Meade County.

830 PM CDT...
    
The tornado threat has diminished and the Tornado Warning has been
cancelled. However, large hail and damaging winds remain likely and a
Severe Thunderstorm Warning remains in effect for the area.  However
small hail, gusty winds and heavy rain are still possible with this
thunderstorm.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
southwestern Kansas.
