The National Weather Service in Dodge City has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Morton County in southwestern Kansas...

* Until 300 AM CDT.

* At 901 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned
  area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding
  is already occurring.

* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of west central
  Morton County.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
