...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL CATTARAUGUS AND
SOUTHWESTERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

At 134 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Franklinville,
or 13 miles north of Olean, moving southeast at 25 mph.

Half inch hail and heavy rain is possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Franklinville, Cuba, Hinsdale, Friendship, Bolivar, Ischua, Lyndon,
Richburg, Haskell Flats, West Clarksville and Black Creek.

This includes Interstate 86 between exits 27 and 30.
