  Oswego County in central New York...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 1130 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen with substantial additional rainfall ahead in the 
  next hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Oswego, Fulton, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Fair Haven Beach
  State Park, Pulaski, Selkirk Shores State Park, Mexico Point State
  Park, Nine Mile Point, Battle Island State Park and Hastings.

 This includes Interstate 81 between exits 33 and 37.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 330 PM EDT FOR
OSWEGO COUNTY...

At 1208 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Up to three 
inches of rain have already fallen, including 1.68 inches in the 
last hour in Fulton. A state of emergency for flooding has also been 
declared in Oswego. Flash flooding is expected to continue and 
worsen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oswego, Fulton, Sandy Island Beach State Park, Fair Haven Beach State
Park, Pulaski, Selkirk Shores State Park, Mexico Point State Park,
Nine Mile Point, Battle Island State Park and Hastings.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the 
warned area.

 This includes Interstate 81 between exits 33 and 37.

far with this set of storms. Flash flooding has been reported with a 
state of emergency declared in Oswego.

Park, Pulaski, Selkirk Shores State Park, Mexico Point State Park,
