* At 836 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated thunderstorms with a
history of producing over an inch of rain per half hour moving
into the warned area that received heavy rainfall last night. As
these storms move into the more urban areas around Rochester,
flash flooding is likely to occur.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rochester, Greece, Irondequoit, Chili, East Rochester, Hilton,
Webster, Fairport, Brighton and Gates-North Gates.

Interstate 390 between exits 11 and 12.
