There is a high risk of rip currents along the lower Texas coast.

A Wind Advisory is in effect for Kenedy, Willacy, and Cameron
counties through 7 PM.

A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect for coastal Kenedy, Willacy, and
Cameron counties through 8 PM.

An elevated threat for rip currents will be likely Saturday and
again Tuesday through Thursday along area beaches.

Minor coastal flooding is possible during afternoon to evening high
tide cycles through Thursday.
