  East central Otsego County in central New York...

* Until 115 AM EDT.
  
* At 1011 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain has 
  already fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch are 
  possible in the warned area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Worcester, Westville, Westford, Milford, Elk Creek and Betty And
  Wilbur Davis State Park.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM EDT FOR
EAST CENTRAL OTSEGO COUNTY...

At 1146 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned 
area. Up to three inches of rain has already fallen. While the 
heaviest rain has moved out of the warned area, additional rises on 
area creeks and streams are expected.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Worcester, Westville, Westford, Milford, Elk Creek and Betty And
Wilbur Davis State Park.
