Highland Lake, or 11 miles northwest of Port Jervis, moving northeast
at 20 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with this storm.
Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead to
minor flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
Locations impacted include...
Monticello, Lackawaxen, South Fallsburg, Shohola, Wurtsboro,
