Lower elevation rain and mountain snow will be the rule initially, but temperatures will quickly cool Friday night and Saturday, allowing any lingering precipitation to change over to snow. Significant snow accumulations are likely across the northern and western mountains, with lesser amounts across lower elevations of central and western New Mexico. Travel impacts are possible, including across the I-40 and I-25 corridors across northern and western New Mexico. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
