High surf will produce rip currents along area beaches. ...MARINE IMPACTS... Boating conditions will be hazardous to all small craft through late tonight and mariners are urged to check with the latest forecasts before finalizing plans. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday. ...EXCESSIVE COLD IMPACT...
